Indian French Toast
- 4 green chilies (hot)

Pakoras
- 1 onion

- 1 few spinach leaves oil for deep frying
- 1 fry till golden brown
- 1/2 besan
- 1/2 water
- 140 ml warm water
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (red)
- 1 gr garam masala
Besan Burfi
- 4 seeds cardamom
- 1 besan
- 200 gr sugar
- 190 gr shortening
Besan Kofta Curry
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 handful of coriander leaves
- 130 gr besan
- 28 gr ghee
- 20 gr melted ghee
- 4 gr pomegranate seeds (crushed)
- 3 gr garam masala
