- 6 black mushrooms (dried)

- 1 soak liquid -rinse
- 1,900 ml boiling water
- 170 ml cellophane noodles soak in water (hot)
- 120 gr shrimp
- 65 gr pork
- 30 ml oil
- 16 ml sherry
