• 450 ml tomato sauce
• 120 ml molasses
• 120 ml ketchup
• 28 gr brown sugar
• 16 ml vinegar
• 16 gr onions
• 5 ml dry mustard

California Bbq Sauce

• 2 liquid barbecue smoke
• 1 garlic seperated (into cloves)
• 1 onion
• 1 juice of orange
• 1,000 ml water
• 375 gr tomato paste
• 325 gr brown sugar
• 120 ml apple cider vinegar
• 60 ml vegetable oil
• 45 ml soy sauce (light)

Kielbasa Sausage

• 3 garlic (cloves minced)
• 1 sausage casings
• 1/4 liquid barbecue smoke
• 400 gr pork (ground)
• 230 gr beef (ground)
• 60 ml water (optional)
• 18 gr textured vegetable protein (plus)
• 9 gr brown sugar
• 8 gr salt
• 4 gr black pepper coarsely (ground)
