- 2 liquid barbecue smoke
- 1 garlic seperated (into cloves)
- 1 onion
- 1 juice of orange
- 1,000 ml water
- 375 gr tomato paste
- 325 gr brown sugar
- 120 ml apple cider vinegar
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 45 ml soy sauce (light)
Kielbasa Sausage
- 3 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 sausage casings
- 1/4 liquid barbecue smoke
- 400 gr pork (ground)
- 230 gr beef (ground)
- 60 ml water (optional)
- 18 gr textured vegetable protein (plus)
- 9 gr brown sugar
- 8 gr salt
- 4 gr black pepper coarsely (ground)
Oven Baked Bar
- 5 3/8 head country seasoning
- 4 1/2 trimmed brisket
- 2 liquid barbecue smoke
- 120 ml head country bar-b-q sauce
- 80 ml worcestershire sauce
- 18 gr black pepper
- 8 gr celery salt
- 7 gr onion flakes
