Ingredients
- 1 cilantro
- 1 jalapeno chile
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 jalapeno chile liquid
- 3 quart sauce (pan)
- 4 c chicken broth
- 1 cup broth
- 1 1/2 c tomatoes
- 1/2 lb shrimp (raw)
- 1/4 c caesera sauce
- 1/2 c onion
- 1 tb water (cold)
- 1 tb lemon juice
- 1/4 c parsley
- 1 1/2 ts vegetable oil
- 1 ts cornstarch
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts oregano leaves
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/8 ts saffron
NOTE: Use leftover Casera Sauce for spicing soups to saucing seafood. Casera Sauce is delicious anywhere the zing of cilantro and jalapeno is welcomed.
