Ingredients
- 2 garlic clove
- 2 egg whites
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 am lentils (cooked)
- 1 onion
- 1 c am soybeans (cooked)
- 3/4 c soy milk
- 1 c am wheat germ
- 1 c am brown rice (cooked)
- 1/4 c tomato puree
- 2 ts sea salt
- 1/2 ts onion powder
- 1/2 ts chili powder
In a large mixing bowl, mash soybeans and lentils well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Turn into an oiled loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Serve as is, or top with tomato puree. [NOTE: There is no mention of a specific oven temperature in this recipe.]
