Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 2 tomatoes (canned plum)
- 2 carrots
- 1 tom in a bowl (fresh chopped)
- 3 c soy sauce
- 2 lb pork
- 2 c green peas (frozen)
- 2 c rice (cooked)
- 3 tb vegetable oil
- 2 tb oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil over high heat until quite ho the pork
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 ts sesame oil
- 2 ts sugar
- 1 tb cornstarch
- 2 tb parsley (chopped fresh)
- 1 ts szechuan peppercorn (ground)
- 1 ts pepper flakes (red)
- 5 slices green onions
- 4 slices size (fresh)
- 1 slice onion
vegetables and stir until the sauce begins to boil and thicken. Add the pork and peas to the pan and heat thoroughly, about 1 minute. Serve over steaming rice.
