Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 2 tomatoes (canned plum)
- 2 carrots
- 1 tom in a bowl (fresh chopped)
- 700 ml soy sauce
- 525 gr pork
- 400 gr green peas (frozen)
- 240 gr rice (cooked)
- 45 ml vegetable oil
- 30 ml oyster sauce
- 30 ml oil over high heat until quite ho the pork
- 16 ml oil
- 10 ml sesame oil
- 8 gr sugar
- 8 gr cornstarch
- 3 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
- 3 gr szechuan peppercorn (ground)
- 3 gr pepper flakes (red)
- 5 slices green onions
- 4 slices size (fresh)
- 1 slice onion
vegetables and stir until the sauce begins to boil and thicken. Add the pork and peas to the pan and heat thoroughly, about 1 minute. Serve over steaming rice.
