- 45 gr soba noodles
- 30 ml lime juice
- 16 ml oriental sesame oil
- 10 ml chinese chili sauce
- 10 ml coconut milk
- 6 gr curry powder
- 4 gr lime peel (grated)
- 4 slices galangal (sliced fresh)
- some cilantro sprigs
