  • 1 chives for rose petals for (chopped garnish yellow)
  • 350 ml vegetable broth
  • 240 ml tomato juice
  • 240 ml water
  • 210 gr couscous instant
  • 100 gr chickpeas (dried)
  • 65 gr apricots (dried)
  • 32 gr golden raisins
  • 30 ml virgin olive oil
  • 16 ml oil in
  • 7 gr fa serve with ripe tomatoes
  • 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
  • 2 gr cumin (ground)
  • 2 gr paprika
  • 3 slices zucchini (sliced)
  • 2 slices carrots (sliced)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some black pepper
