- 1 turkey
- 7,300 gr dutch oven
- 2,800 ml milk
- 475 gr puff pastry stand at room temperature (frozen)
- 260 gr italian sausage links
- 230 gr butter
- 160 gr mushrooms
- 130 gr flour
- 120 ml sherry
- 60 ml water
- 8 gr salt
- 2 gr parsley
- 2 gr pepper
- 2 gr paprika
- 1 package puff pastry (frozen)
parsley. Split each pastry pillow horizontally in half. Let each person spoon some creamed turkey over pastry.
