- 400 gr sugar
- 325 gr all purpose flour
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 170 gr firmly packed dk brown sugar
- 130 gr butter (unsalted)
- 110 gr unsulfured
- 80 gr strong brewed coffee
- 60 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 60 gr ginger (finely chopped peeled fresh)
- 32 gr sugar in bowl
- 26 gr powdered sugar
- 6 gr baking soda
- 6 gr sugar
- 5 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 5 gr ginger (ground)
- 4 gr dry mustard powder
- 2 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
Spoon some syrup over each pear. Spoon dollop of whipped cream alongside.
