- 325 ml orange juice
- 80 ml vinegar
- 60 ml achiote sauce base
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr basil leaves
pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and broil until done, about 6 minutes longer.
