Ingredients
- 15 meatballs
- 9 baking (pan)
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 mexican rice
- 1/2 sour cream-chili mixture
- 1/2 at a time
- 2 lb beef (ground)
- 1 pt dairy sour cream
- 3 c seasoned rice (cooked)
- 2 c onion (sliced)
- 1 c corn chips (crushed)
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 lb monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup rice (cooked)
- 1/2 c ripe olives (sliced)
- 4 oz green chilies (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons rounded meat mixture
- 2 t butter
- 3 t salt
- 2 1/2 t unbleached flour
- 2 1/2 t flour
- 1 t chili powder
- 1 t sal cover
- 1/4 t powdered cumin
Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with meatballs and sauce. Continue baking for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
