Ingredients
- 240 gr tofu
- 350 ml chicken broth
- 160 gr mixed mushrooms (fresh)
- 120 ml broth
- 60 ml chicken broth
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 16 ml honey
- 16 gr ginger (fresh)
- 16 ml oil in wide non-stick skillet
- 8 gr garlic
- 8 gr jalapeno pepper
- 5 gr cornstarch
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 2 gr pepper (dried red)
- 1/2 slices bell pepper (red)
- some broccoli
Dump in reserved tofu mixture and stir-fry, adding more chicken broth if needed to coat evenlTaste and season with more sesame oil, hot chili oil and/or dried red chili peppers. Serve over noodles or rice
