Khichadi From Maja
- 3 cinnamon
- 1 chile (whole red)
- 3/4 moong dal
- 1/4 asafetida
- 150 gr peas
- 120 gr basmati rice
- 95 gr carrots
- 60 gr almonds (raw)
- 55 gr currants raisins
- 40 gr cashews (raw)
Spinach With Moong Dal
- 2 moong dal
- 1,200 ml water
- 60 gr spinach (frozen chopped)
- 16 ml corn oil
- 10 ml mustard seeds
- 6 gr tamarind paste
- 4 gr fenugreek seeds
- 3 gr turmeric
- 2 ml asafetida rinse dal thoroughly in a strainer under running water
- 3 slices green chiles (fresh)
Vada
- 1 onion
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 moong dal
- 1/2 urad dal
- 5 gr ginger
- 4 gr coriander
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr chili powder
- 1 gr baking soda
