• 600 gr potato
• 700 ml chicken stock
• 120 ml cream (heavy)
• 55 gr butter

Macaroni With Broccoli& Blue Cheese Sauce

• 250 gr wholewheat macaroni
• 190 gr stilton
• 180 gr broccoli
• 160 ml milk
• 120 ml yogurt
• 32 gr wholewheat flour
• 28 gr margarine
• 2 ml mustard (dried)
