Using ingredient strong chicken stock

Chicken Tequila

• 3 garlic (cloves)
• 2 chicken breasts
• 1/2 tequila
• 170 gr tomatoes (whole)
• 240 ml strong chicken stock
• 3 gr chili powder
• 2 gr cumin
• 1 ml juice from two limes
• some olive oil simmer the chicken breasts in the stock

Fennel And Watercress Soup

• 1 onion
• 1 parsley
• 1 salt and pepper
• 1 watercress
• 1/2 fennel bulb
• 950 ml strong chicken stock
• 190 gr pototaes
• 120 ml whipping cream
• 14 gr butter
• 1 gr parsley
