Ingredients
- 20 wellfleet oysters
- 4 bananas (red)
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 fish fumet
- 2 whitefish trimmings
- 2 serrano chiles
- 2 cilantro
- 1 carrot
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 oyster liquor
- 1/2 dice
- 4 c water
- 2 c cream (heavy)
- 1 c wine (white)
- 1 c mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 cup remains
- 4 tb butter
- 1/2 c bell pepper (red)
- 2 tb line juice
- 2 tb corn oil
- 4 tb curry powder
- 2 tb tamarind paste
- 1 t peppercorns
- 1 t thyme (fresh)
- 1/2 t fennel seed
- 2 t mint
- 1 slice onion (white)
