- 700 gr milk chocolate chips for the semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 700 gr butterscotch chips
- 475 gr mint chocolate chips instead
- 400 gr peanuts (chopped)
- 240 gr almonds along with semi sweet chocolate chips (sliced)
- 240 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 160 gr milk chocolate chips
- 160 gr chocolate chips (white)
- 140 gr nuts (chopped)
- 45 gr kahlua
- 34 gr vanilla
- 30 ml amaretto
- 30 ml creme de menthe liqueur
- 16 ml almond extract total if you do want to use liqueur (not)
- 4 gr almond extract
Heath Bar(R) Cookies Substitute 6 Heath Bars(R) (original or soft and chewy style for 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. (Heath Bars come 2 small bars per pack. Use 3 packs, i.e., 6 small bars.) Cut each bar into dozen pieces. Bill's Chewy Gooeys Substitute 10 Kraft(R) caramels and 2 cups large size semi-sweet chocolate chips for 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
