• 1 1/2 peral barley picked over
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
• 1 stalk celery (finely minced)
• 1 cheddar cheese (grated taste)
• 3/8 o unabsorbed liquid
• 575 gr chicekn
• 525 ml water

Codfish Balls

• 10 as an appetizer
• 4 as a main dish
• 2 cod
• 1 egg
• 220 gr potatoes
• 14 gr butter
• 7 ml onion juice
• 1 gr salt
• 1 gr pepper

Creamy Trout Mousse

• 6 as an appetizer
• 3 as a lunch (light)
• 2 trouts
• 2 egg (white)
• 1 parsley (fresh)
• 1/2 cucumber
• 230 gr flesh (cooked)
• 110 gr olive
• 75 ml creamy yoghurt
• 7 gr gelatine powder

Noodle Pie

• 400 oven
• 9 pie with pastry (pan)
• 8 as an appetizer
• 4 as an entree
• 2 crust pie
• 3/8 noodles (drained)
• 3/8 ham
• 120 ml milk
• 110 gr flat noodles (cooked)
• 45 ml sour cream
