- 32 gr unsweetened chocolate
Nevada Cowboy Chili
- 3 onions
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 lard
- 3,600 gr coarse grind beef chuck
- 900 gr stewed tomatoes
- 425 ml tomato sauce

- 110 ml beer
