- 1 onion
- 3,100 gr tomato pulp
- 600 ml vinegar
- 250 gr sugar
- 45 ml water (cold)
- 26 gr salt
- 16 ml mustard
- 6 gr mixed spices
- 6 gr black pepper
- 5 gr cinnamon
