- 6 cups water overnight in a po drain the soaking water
- 7 cups ff chicken broth
- 3 c black beans
- 2 c celery (chopped)
- 5 1/2 tb sherry
- 1 1/2 tb lemon juice
- 1 t nonfat sour cream
- 1 ts oregano
- 1 ts basil
- 1/2 teaspoon chives
- 1/2 ts marjoram
- 1 package tomatoes
- some sharper flavor
