Ingredients

- 2 egg yolks
- 2 eggs
- 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 5/8 c crisco shortening
- 1/2 c evaporated milk
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1/2 c pecans (chopped)
- 1/4 c golden crisco shortening
- 1/2 c flaked coconut
- 3/8 c cocoa
- 1 tb water
- 1 1/2 ts vanilla
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts baking soda
and egg yolks in medium saucepan. Stir over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, pecans and coconut. Cool completely. Frost cooled cookies. About 3 dozen cookies ----
