- 3/8 seafood mixture across center of tortilla
- 4 1/2 c water
- 4 cups water to a in a saucepan (boil)
- 1 lb unpeeled shrimp (fresh)
- 1 c low-fat sour cream
- 3/4 cup sauce in bottom
- 10 1/2 oz low-sodium
- 1/2 lb lump crabmeat (fresh)
- 1 c nonfat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 1/2 oz green (chopped)
- 1/2 c fat monterey jack cheese (shredded reduced)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/4 c calorie margarine (reduced)
- 1/4 cup no salt added tomato juice
- 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped fresh)
- 1/8 ts salt
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. yield : 1 1/2 cups. ----
