Ingredients
- 10 skillet with pam
- 1 onion
- 1 orange
- 2 qt chicken
- 1 1/4 c slivered almonds (toasted)
- 1 c evaporated skim milk
- 1/2 c blanched almonds
- 1/4 c dry sherry
- 3/8 c long rice (grain)
- 1 t butter
- 2 t almond paste
- 1 t garlic (finely chopped)
- some salt
Garnish soup with toasted almonds and the merest bit of orange zest.
