- 260 gr pork sausage
- 55 gr butter
- 16 gr preserved ginger
- 10 ml dry mustard
- 7 gr parsley
- 6 gr celery seed
- 6 gr poppy seeds
- 5 gr oregano
- 3 gr pepper
- 1 gr mace
- 1 package pineapple (crushed)
- 1 package waterchesnuts
Take first 6 and mix together in Bowl # 1. Take crumbs, sausage (yes raw) and butter mix together in Bowl # 3. Mix the rest together in Bowl # 2. Blend Bowl # 1 with Bowl # 2. Mix in Bowl # 3. Stuff turkey. Best when used with BaconStudded Turkey and Green Pepper Gravy.
