- 260 gr andouille sausage
- 240 gr onion (chopped)
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 140 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 120 gr green onions (sliced)
- 100 gr celery (chopped)
- 14 gr flat-leaf parsley (minced)
- 4 gr garlic (minced)
- 2 gr pepper (white)
- 2 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr paprika
- 1 gr onion powder
oothpicks. Arrange roulades in square microwavable dish, 8 x 8 x 5 cm. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 7 to 9 minutes, rotating dish half turn after 3 minutes, until chicken is done.
