- 1 lb bittersweet
- 1 lb dark brown sugar
- 3 c all purpose flour
- 6 ounces chocolate in processor
- 6 oz bittersweet
- 3/4 c purchased prune butter
- 1 c black mission figs (chopped dried)
- 1 c pitted dates (chopped)
- 1 c pitted prunes (chopped)
- 1/2 c orange juice (frozen)
- 6 tb orange juice concentrate candied fruit peel (thawed chopped)
- 1/2 c butter (unsalted)
- 3/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 c grand marnier
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 6 tb butter (unsalted)
- 2 tb orange peel (grated)
- 1 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1 1/2 ts baking powder
- 1 ts salt
- 1/2 ts cinnamon (ground)
- some chocolate glaze thickly over top
