Ingredients
- 10 pie (plate)
- 3 arrowroot powder
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1/2 onion
- 300 gr turnips (chopped)
- 260 gr carrots (chopped)
- 180 ml water (cold)
- 130 gr am brown rice flour
- 90 gr broccoli (finely chopped)
- 75 ml am unrefined sesame oil
- 55 gr am sesame tahini
- 32 gr am hulled sesame seeds
- 30 gr am sesame tahini
- 16 ml tamari soy sauce
- 10 ml cider vinegar
- 7 gr syrup
- 2 gr ginger
- 1 gr sea salt
Mix arrowroot or cornstarch in cold water. Stir into 1- half cups more cold water or orange juice. Pour over vegetables. Lower heat. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened. Pour all over crust. Sprinkle with half cup chopped nuts. Bake at 190ÂșC . for 45 minutes or until set. Other vegetables may be substituted for those above, such as mushrooms, cauliflower, purple cabbage, celery, etc.
