  • 475 ml soy milk (light)
  • 475 ml cranberry sauce in bottom of muffin fill muffin
  • 300 gr rolled oats
  • 250 gr unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 220 gr brown sugar
  • 180 ml jellied cranberry sauce
  • 120 ml water
  • 120 ml natural applesauce
  • 30 gr egg replacer
  • 9 gr baking soda
  • 5 ml cream of tartar
  • 5 gr cinnamon
  • 1 gr nutmeg
  • 1 gr sea salt

NOTE: If using whole eggs instead of egg replacer, do not add half cup water.
