• 525 gr green beans (cut)
• 240 ml vegetable broth
• 180 ml milk

Cauliflower Soup

• 1 head cauliflower florets (cut into)
• 1 salt pepper
• 950 ml vegetable stock
• 16 gr flour
• 14 gr butter

• 1 linguine romano (grated)
• 240 ml olive oil
• 160 gr mushrooms thickly (sliced)
• 120 gr ricotta cheese
• 60 gr romano cheese (grated)
• 9 gr salt
