- 4 qt good chicken stock
- 5 c rice (hot cooked)
- 1 lb smoked ham
- 10 oz pkg mustard greens (frozen)
- 10 oz mustard greens (fresh)
- 1 lb pork (lean boneless)
- 5/8 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup rice soup bowl (into)
- 10 oz spinach (fresh)
- 10 oz leaf spinach (frozen)
- 1/2 c flat-leaf parsley
- 2 t sugar
- 1 t leaf oregano (dried)
- 1 t leaf thyme (dried)
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t allspice (ground)
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 1/2 t black pepper (fresh ground)
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t leaf basil (dried)
- 1/4 t nutmeg (fresh grated)
- 12 slices green onions
- some salt
of file powder. Makes 8-10 good-sized servings. To prepare Seasoning Mix: Place all ingredients in a large plastic bag and shake to combine.
