- 260 gr pork (lean boneless)
- 160 ml vegetable oil
- 60 gr rice soup bowl (into)
- 38 gr spinach (fresh)
- 38 gr leaf spinach (frozen)
- 14 gr flat-leaf parsley
- 8 gr sugar
- 2 gr leaf oregano (dried)
- 2 gr leaf thyme (dried)
- 2 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr allspice (ground)
- 1 gr onion powder
- 1 gr paprika
- 1 gr cayenne pepper

of file powder. Makes 8-10 good-sized servings. To prepare Seasoning Mix: Place all ingredients in a large plastic bag and shake to combine.
