Chevre And Portabello Mushroom Tarts

• 32 won-ton wrappers
• 1 black pepper (freshly ground)
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 170 gr chevre crumbled
• 80 gr portabello mushrooms (diced)
• 16 gr green onion (minced)
• 16 ml olive oil
• 14 gr melted butter
• 5 gr all purpose flour
• 4 gr basil leaves (fresh minced)

Grilled Portabello Burgers

• 8 portabello mushrooms
• 5 garlic (cloves fresh minced)
• 240 ml olive oil
• 80 ml lemon juice (fresh)
• 5 gr parsley (fresh)
• 2 gr thyme (fresh)
• some basil
• some oregano

Grilled Portabello Mushroom Sandwich

• 2 clove garlic (minced)
• 2 portabello mushrooms
• 2 onion rolls split
• 1 bell pepper (red roasted)
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 30 ml mayonnaise
• 30 ml olive oil
• 30 ml rice wine vinegar
• 10 ml balsamic vinegar
• 4 gr oregano (dried)

Portabello Stir Fry

• 5 spice mix
• 2 tbs peanut oil
• 2 garlic (cloves)
• 2 portabello mushrooms
• 1 splash of sake
• 1 few tbs water (hot)
• 1/2 anything else that seems like a good idea at the time (cubes)
• 1/8 chinese
• 240 gr extra firm tofu
• 240 ml warm water
