- 300 gr tomatoes
- 230 ml cans tomato sauce
- 95 gr onions (minced)
- 60 gr skim ricotta cheese
- 55 gr low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 4 gr oregano (dried)
- 3 gr low sodium salt
