Curried Parsnip Soup
- 4 stalks celery in (cut)
- 950 ml vegetable stock
- 375 gr slender parsnips
- 120 ml cream (heavy optional)
- 45 gr sweet butter
- 10 gr ginger (finely minced fresh)
- 6 gr mild curry powder
Ham Steak Cabbage Soup
- 12 v
- 8 juice
- 4 stalks celery in
- 1 onion
- 1 env onion soup mix
- 425 gr head
- 325 gr ham steak
- 260 gr cans stewed (sliced)
- 1 gr dry parsley (minced)
- 1 ml clear beef broth generous of pepper
Nutty Carrot Soup

- 2 apples
- 1 potato
- 1 use an apple such as mcintosh
- 1/4 cu peanut
- 1,200 ml water
- 28 gr butter
- 1 package carrots
- some nutmeg

- 3 carrots

- 1,800 gr beef round
- 300 ml condensed beef broth
- 270 gr tomato (wedges)
- 240 gr pkg peas (frozen)
- 120 ml dry wine (red)
