- 4 lasagne noodles (uncooked)
- 3/8 sauce is used up
- 3/8 cottage cheese mixture
- 3/8 mozerella
- 900 ml spaghetti sauce
- 400 gr block of soft tofu
- 230 gr cottage cheese
- 230 gr ricotta cheese
- 230 gr mozerella cheese (sliced)
- 230 gr provolone cheese (sliced)
Vegetable Lasagne
- 9 lasagne noodles
- 3 onions
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 1/2 cauliflower
- 475 gr tofu
- 475 ml tomato sauce
- 160 gr mushrooms
- 120 gr tomato paste
- 55 gr nutritional yeast
- 45 ml canola oil

- 1 tofu (pieces)
- 1/8 dice
- 1,900 ml water to (boil)
- 1,900 ml water
- 75 ml water (cold)
- 30 ml seasoned vegetable broth
- 30 gr green onions (finely chopped)
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 20 ml chili oil
