- 30 ml tabasco sauce

Soysage-Brown
- 1,000 gr soy pulp
- 300 ml soymilk
- 290 gr nutritional yeast flakes
- 250 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 180 ml oil
- 130 gr wheat germ
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 30 ml wet mustard
- 28 gr brown sugar
- 20 gr garlic powder
Super French Toast
- 1/4 pecans (ground)
- 75 gr cornflakes
- 60 ml orange juice
- 40 gr margarine
- 32 gr wheat germ
- 1 gr salt
- 8 slices wheat bread (sliced whole)
- 8 slices french bread (sliced)
Trail Bread
- 950 ml milk
- 950 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 475 ml honey
- 575 gr granulated sugar

- 1/2 mixture onto a of aluminum foil
- 160 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 120 ml oil
- 32 gr wheat germ
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 5 gr paprika
- 3 gr garlic powder
Zucchini Burgers
